Towards Gender Equality in Europe

The ambition of the conference is to help identify common strategies for achieving work-life balance in various professional spheres while ensuring gender equality. The goals of the conference are also to explore the possibilities of work-life balance in research and academic professions and to find ways to prevent discrimination of beginning female scientists; identify measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, with an emphasis on different sectors and the educational environment, while also addressing wider discrimination based on gender identity; as well as explore different approaches to work-life balance in different countries and identify barriers and solutions to gender equality.
